Summary: The B2B Account Representative works closely with the B2B sales staff in effectively supporting all of SoClean’s B2B Durable Medical Equipment providers, on-line resellers and distributor clients. This role serves as SoClean’s brand ambassador and first point of contact for our B2B customers. The position requires a commitment to customer focus and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions. The B2B AR accepts ownership for effectively building customer loyalty, solving customer issues and growing the business relationship. Delivering customer satisfaction is at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Collaborates with sales and marketing staff to nurture key accounts and drive repeat business.
  • Methodically reaches out to key accounts to promote new offerings, drive incremental orders, strengthen brand awareness and grow client engagement
  • Manages B2B customer orders from creation to billing. Monitors active purchase orders and ensures that all orders are fulfilled and billed in a timely manner and delivers client satisfaction.
  • Responds to B2B inquiries regarding products and related services via phone and email
  • Nurtures B2B customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle all administrative needs to support the account and ensure seamless service

  • Computer and Microsoft Office skills are required; Prior NetSuite experience preferred
  • Language skills a plus

Location and Travel

The position will be located Full-Time in SoClean’s Peterborough, NH headquarters and will require occasional travel.
