Prism Health North Texas is looking for a Temporary HR Assistant. Under the direction of the Human Resource Manager this position provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resource department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: scanning and organizing employee files, scanning and organizing all employee files, conduct timely and accurate data entry in human resources database, providing general clerical and administrative support. This is a temporary position, M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm, with expected duration of up three months.
Candidate should have an Associate degree, one year of administrative experience, entry level human resources or other relevant experience Candidate must be able to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records and reports; understand, must be a self-starter with a high level of independent organization skills, , excellent communication skills both verbally and written, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
