NFL Films Video/Media Vault seeks knowledgeable and personable individual to join the Vault staff. Seasonal responsibilities will include giving support to Video Operations (retrieving tapes, answering phones), doing research and tape searches, delivering dubs/tapes with-in the facility in timely manner and assist in maintaining the organization of the tape/media library. Individual will also be responsible for virus scanning field media back into the facility from weekly games and shoots. Other responsibilities include creating and printing Tape/DVD labels and special projects assigned at any given time.
Individual must be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
Roles & Responsibilities
Knowledge of the NFL and its teams and players required. Assists with the daily activities of those groups implementing production activities.
Translates approved objectives into work plans and procedures.
Identifies and implement standard operating procedures intended to ensure facility works at peak efficiency.
Enforces policies and recommends adjustments.
Integrates use of new technologies and procedures into the video vault operations area.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Arts in Film and Video or Communications preferred
Preferred Education and Experience:
Strong communication, organization, typing and computer skills required. General working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Windows, Mac and Photo Shop are a plus
Other Key Attributes / Characteristics:
Clerical and librarian experience are a plus.
Lifting and movement of tapes and boxes will be required.
Walking, climbing ladders and stairs
Expected Hours of Work:
5 days a week, Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
