Role Summary:
As a Stock Associate at SoleFly, you will play a vital role in managing our inventory and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. In addition to your stock responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to earn commission on sales while utilizing your bilingual skills to enhance customer interactions. A background in skateboarding is a plus, allowing you to connect authentically with our community of sneaker and skate enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and organize inventory to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
- Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to provide exceptional service.
- Help customers find products and share knowledge about sneaker trends and skateboarding.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and achieve commission-based goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom and sales floor.
- Stay updated on new releases, promotions, and sneaker culture.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for sneakers and skateboarding culture.
- Previous experience in retail or stock management is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of skateboarding is a significant plus.
