Job Summary
We are a locally, therapist owned company seeking a dedicated full time Physical Therapist to join our team at our Eureka Springs location. We promote a hands on approach to patients to achieve the best outcomes. The ideal candidate will work in an outpatient setting, with a passion for providing exceptional care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide physical therapy interventions based on the patient's needs
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license
-Utilization of manual techniques with exercise
- Strong anatomy knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
