WHO ARE WE?
We are an award winning Delivery Service Provider that partners with Amazon and our company delivers packages in the Mount Joy and surrounding areas. Our team employs over 200 associates and delivers out of several stations in Pennsylvania. In business for 4 years, we are a stable and growing company. We are seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team. Each Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations efficiently and safely.
PAYRATE?
- Starting rate: $22.25 / hour (PROMOTIONS FROM WITHIN, PAY UP TO $25.50)
SCHEDULE AND HOURS?
- Weekly pay, directly deposited into your bank account EVERY Friday
- On average our drivers receive 40 hours, with the potential to work 50 hours, and during our peak season up to 60 hours.
- 9:35AM START TIME!!!
- This position is full time and is permanent, we are NOT hiring seasonal workers

- Paid Training (2 classroom days, 1 on road test, training provided on road, and 12 training shifts

JOB SUMMARY
- Organizational and time management skills are a must.
- Should be Customer Service Oriented
- Able to lift totes and packages up to 50lbs.
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Commercial or work-related driving experience is a plus but not required
- Comply with all safety rules and work policies on the road
- Ability to use GPS technology to deliver customer packages.
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, operate delivery vehicle safely
- Ability to remain focused while driving in varying traffic and weather conditions.
- Ability to enter and exit the delivery van multiple times a day *this is a physically demanding job
