Full Job Description
Under general supervision; performs work of a moderate difficulty; performs accurate typing tasks and a wide variety of related secretarial tasks, including receptionist duties. Exercises independent judgment and applies prescribed procedures and methods in order to comply with established office standards, policies and procedures. Performs related work as required.
Completion of a high school level diploma or a recognized equivalent, plus some vocational or college level clerical training.
One (1) to two (2) years experience working a physician office and/or related business office is preferred, and/or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills;
typing a minimum of 40-50 words per minute.
