Corporate Management Group has a great opportunity for a Recruiter located in our Saint Paul Park, MN office.
Shift: Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4pm (can be flexible)
The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
Coordinate with hiring manager to identify job requirements of open positions and establish a recruiting plan.
Successfully post and manage job postings to job boards, social media, VMS, ATS and other sources.
Screen resumes for qualifications related to specific job descriptions.
Manage daily recruiting tasks; resume screening, phone interviews, in person interviews, customer relations, candidate sourcing and job offers along with other required duties.
Prepare candidates to ensure qualifications for a successful interview.
1-3 years of a successful recruiting track record
Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience working with an ATS system
Demonstrated success in recruiting with self-drive to complete and accomplish goals
Intense and dedicated work ethic with the ability to initiative and consistently set/meet high standards to be successful individually and as a team
High level of customer service and a team player mentality
Ability to multi-task and work proactively
Follow process guidelines and procedures set by the recruiting manager
Self-driven with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Bilingual in Spanish
