Who will love it here

Your ideas are unconventional, fresh, and smart. You have a hands-on get it done attitude and never hesitate to roll up your sleeves in an instant to show a team member how it’s done. Our team members are hand-picked. They are not looking for their next job. They are specifically wanting a smaller company where they are not just a number. They are looking to get away from the big corporate world and the traffic in Austin or insert California city here.

They are hungry for knowledge and are looking to be challenged. They care about compensation but they aren’t just looking for the next step up the corporate ladder and a pay bump from their current job. They are leaving their current company after making some sort of impact, rather than because they just seem to leave jobs every 6-12 months. They may have weaknesses in some areas but they are aware of them. There is at least one or two things at which they are indisputably A+.

They are hard-working and focused, but they aren’t just aimlessly working tons of hours for no particular reason. They care a lot about what it is that they are doing, and they don’t just blindly follow direction. When looking to solve large problems and enjoy the big challenges.
