Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
- Maintain an organized and stocked checkout area.
- Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory as needed.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and basic math proficiency.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain phone etiquette while assisting customers over the phone.
- Experience in auto parts is advantageous but not required.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including every other Saturday
- Bilingual is required English and Spanish

Pay: $17.42 - $18.47 per hour
