Third Shift - Compressed Schedule

Friday - Monday 11pm - 8am

This is a contract to hire opportunity

is is a temp to hire position

We are looking for a hands on experienced customer service professional with some past supervisory experience.

- Supervise weekend 3rd shift ensuring all policies are adhered to

- Ensure staffing is adequate, adjust the schedule and add coverage as needed for callouts

- Monitor Calls and feedback and coach to improvement

- Participate in the employee review process

- Handle escalated calls

-Train staff

REQUIREMENTS

ASSOCIATES DEGREE

10 years of work experience

5 years of customer service

1 year call center

1 year supervisory

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $21.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 10 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)
