You Are an Accenture Account Manager

The objective of the position is:
To ensure success and engagement of the named global account (Accenture)
Collaborate and communicate all account based activity to AM & CS reps
Conduct training, onboarding and awareness to drive license growth (in person where necessary)
Achieve budgeted revenue and bookings goals
Develop and maintain client relationships with Rosetta Stone customers to meet client specific KPI’s
Influencing skills to ensure that service exceeds client expectations
Ultimate accountability for strategic client relationship management
Strong speaking and presentation skills
Availability to travel to client locations where needed.
Ability to clearly articulate Rosetta Stone services, business value propositions and associated product road map to existing clients
Identify, manage, and resolve issues via collaboration with the Customer Success Teams , acting as an advocate for both the client and Rosetta Stone to ensure expedient and appropriate resolutions
Work on a wide variety of task simultaneously, set goals, and meet deadlines
Communicate and work with account senior executives
Use consultative selling, strategic account management, and executive level client management
Implementation and Client Management
Consult with clients to jointly establish specific goals, the metrics used to evaluate progress towards those goals, and to align expectations for maximum client success
Lead Rosetta Stone implementation activities, coordinate internally/cross-functionally as needed to meet client requirements and deliver services
Monitor adoption and usage; conduct program reviews with clients using established metrics and reporting to ensure they are on track to meet goals. Consult with clients to remedy programs that are off track
Identify opportunities to continuously promote Rosetta Stone to client users
Keep clients informed of new products, web-based tools and product improvements that can provide additional value
Internal Collaboration and Coordination
Partner with Sales team presale on individual accounts to set expectations, define client success goals, technical requirements, and implementation
Partner with Sales team throughout the client lifecycle to achieve renewal targets and identify growth opportunities
Ability to work as a team member with Sales, Accounting, Operations, Client Managers & Implementation Team
Acquire and maintain strong product knowledge
Develop understanding of Rosetta Stone methodology
Monitor and communicate client feedback to a wide range of internal teams to promote continuous improvement to product and processes
Initiative: Identify growth opportunities within this account for new business and upsell.

Accountability: Ensure success and engagement of the Accenture account. Maintain complete, consistent, and quality activity and contact records in our CRM application.

Adaptability: Work on a wide variety of tasks simultaneously, set goals, and meet deadlines.

Collaboration: Maintain an ongoing and effective partnership with the customer and external sub-contractors as well as internal partners, especially in the areas of Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Accounting.

Minimum of 2yrs. account management, sales, partner management and/or professional services experience with B2B software/technology companies (preferably academic/learning software)
Experience working in a team-selling environment / previous B2B Sales experience
Fluency in English
Strong analytical skills
CRM experience is a plus (Salesforce.com)
