Support online students and faculty in credit courses and degree programs as well as potentially noncredit professional development offerings to ensure they have a successful and positive experience. This includes but is not limited to course set up, timely student registration, student communication, problem solving, working with teams across Purdue Online and other campus partners/stakeholders such as the Offices of the Registrar and Bursar, Graduate School, Undergraduate Admissions, program leads/chairs, and programmatic support and administrative duties. As a public face for the department, articulate University policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor. Coordinate with faculty and program coordinators to ensure programs are functioning properly and that appropriate information is shared.
High School Diploma/GED
Three years clerical, secretarial or technology experience
Professional experience in a service-oriented environment (corporate, retail, university, institutional, etc.) desired.
Experience with Purdue University system tools such as Banner, Sharepoint, Xtender, Cognos, Slate, UniTime, PREMIS etc.
