SUMMARY: The DD eXPRS and Financial Analyst manages and monitors all finances related to the DD Program; review all services authorized by services coordinators for eligibility/accuracy and authorize payment in eXPRS and other systems. Works to correct errors (particularly during service rate and biennium changes) review; correct, submit and perform follow-up of all eligibility enrollment forms for all service elements in eXPRS; oversee quality assurance responsibilities; reconcile CDDP expenditures and revenue with CCMH and ODDS (ongoing and at settlement).
HIGHLIGHTS OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Completion, review and submission of Plan of Care and client Prior Authorization activities in eXPRS • Accurate completion, review and follow-up of all eligibility enrollment forms (0337) in eXPRS • Review all ISP’s and other documents needing authorization in eXPRS and complete or request any needed follow-up • Track, report/analyze all service elements in eXPRS and perform any needed follow-up • Complete eXPRS payment system drafts, reviews, state submissions and tracking • Accounting/financial tracking pertaining to all service elements • Corroborate/reconcile CDDP expenditures with ODDS and CCMH accounting • Review, track and update provider payments based on statewide assessments and statewide rate changes • Monitor and complete follow-up, submission for biennial settlement process with ODDS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree from a four- year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training. Experience in accounting/finance and developmental disability service system required. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
**Salary Range is a step progression system - Typically, wage for new hires, based on education/skills/experience, is set using the start of the range to mid-range.
