Gate City Bank is now hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator at our Fargo Corporate Office. The Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative and marketing support by assisting, coordinating, executing, tracking, and documenting marketing, social media and advertising activities, processes, projects, and functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assists Marketing in coordinating communications, public relations, and marketing activities and ensures deadlines are met.
Executes a variety of functions including direct mail, social media, email, public relations, customer communication, media advertisements, website promotions, and other marketing projects and plans.
Tracks and documents marketing campaigns and activities including project coordination, budget, compliance, media communication, etc.
Assist in executing the Bank’s social media strategy and creating social media content that creates meaningful connections.
Assists with community involvement activities and events as needed and ensures a positive relationship with community partners.
Plan and implement special community events as needed.
Researches, coordinates, and keeps inventory for promotional items and gifts.
Maintains, coordinates, and keeps inventory for Gate City Bank’s booths and supplies for events.
Ensures compliance regulations are met with all written materials, advertising, social media, and marketing functions.
Exhibit ‘Brilliant at the Basics’ customer service skills and the ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, management, and clients.
Must be detailed-oriented and maintain high degree of accuracy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree in Marketing or related field; two years’ experience in the marketing, advertising, or communications field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
