alba is seeking a talented and creative part time Stylist to join our team at our location in Hoboken, New Jersey.
As a Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients shopping experience by curating and coordinating outfits that align with our brand's aesthetic and vision.

Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with clients and understanding their style preferences and needs.
- Build rapport with them to create a personalized shopping experience.
2. Styling:
- Create stylish outfits for clients, showcasing our clothing, accessories & footwear.
- Offer fashion advice, size recommendations, coordinating pieces, and make product recommendations to enhance the clients wardrobe.
5. Sales Goals:
- Actively contribute to achieving personal sales goals. Additional compensation is available based on hitting these sales targets.
- Exude confidence while upselling and cross-selling of complementary products.
6. Clienteling and Outreach:
- Establish meaningful relationships with clientele that goes far beyond their first purchase.
- Utilize our in depth clientele systems to reach out to your client book on a daily basis, alerting them of new arrivals based on their preferences.
- Set up shopping appointments with clients.
Requirements:
- Strong fashion sense as well as sales minded.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to make each client feel like a VIP.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends.
