Essential Functions

  • Credit Card processing
  • Creation or maintenance of various schedules and spreadsheets
  • Account reconciliations
  • Assistance with financial reporting close processes
  • Assist in Processing Finance Applications.
  • Maintaining Time-sheet Reports
  • Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential

Knowledge, Skills & Education

  • (1) year of accounting experience.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Quick-books knowledge.
  • Results-oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills.
