The primary purpose of the Operations Manager is to manage training and performance of the Field Supervisor’s, Foreman, Equipment Operator’s, and Technicians. This includes but is not limited to being a subject matter expert on all field related services as they relate to remediation of Hazardous waste removal and spill clean-up.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
specifically, Industrial Service, Acid Neutralization tanks, Lab Packs, Plant Projects, Utility
Work, and Emergency Response
procedures for accomplishing project, ensures staffing requirements, and allotment of
available resources to various phases of project
of a project, and arranges for the assignment of project supplies, equipment, & personnel.

Technical Operations (Safety) and all aspects of remediation
call schedules are in place and communicated

Must be able to maintain high business ethics internally and externally. Ability to communicate effectively with all employees, as well as corporate staff and executive management
