Orlebar Brown launched in 2007 as a more tailored approach to men's beach and swim. It quickly added a full ready to wear collection. We currently have six stores in the USA and are growing everyday. Headquartered in London - we have stores around the world.
We are looking for another strong team player to join us. We are seeking a minimum of 3 years of store management experience as your background.
You will be an Ambassador for the Brand and a senior member of the retail team. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, your position will be to ensure the delivery of sales goals, retail profitability, KPI goals and the Brand's vision objectives within the store.
You will join the Store Manager in developing sales strategy and inspiring the sales team for proactively managing the performance of the store. You will help lead and motivate the selling teams, ensure customer satisfaction, maximize profitability and productivity and comply with all company procedures and policy. Selling is a major part of your day. You will help recruit, develop and train a high performing team. The goal is for all of us to deliver world class customer relationship management.
Responsible for VM Guidelines and and maintaining standards. Must ensure defined Brand adjacencies are maintained in the store. Ensure that the store team is fluent in product knowledge, company history, Brand values and that the Brand messaging is consistent.
There is room for advancement - both within the store and as we open more stores in the USA.
