Key Objectives/Responsibilities:
To assist in overseeing the operational aspects of the main office and to make sure all resources are being managed and goals are being met
To provide support to all general management, operational, and front office responsibilities, projects, and goals
To be responsible for the relationship development and maintenance of caregivers
To be responsible for scheduling field staffs and caregivers and lead the management of the Scheduling Department
Set goals and maintain plans to meet those goals based on operations and revenue goals to ensure that weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals are met

Position Requirements:
Educational Requirements: Must be at least a Sophomore working towards a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, healthcare administration, with minimum 3.0 GPA or 1 year of healthcare experience. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a big plus.

Work Experience Requirements: Administrative, customer service, accounting, and/or marketing experience are all a plus. Experience in a health care business is a major plus. The ideal candidate will be able work effectively in a data-driven environment, think on their feet, interact professionally with all levels of staff and leadership, and proactively manage scheduling requirements for full and part time field staffs.

Must be outgoing, very personable, and assertive as required but with measured and high level of emotional intelligence with the ability to gain the trust of peers, customers, employees, and community. Confidence, skill, and patience to be able to effectively communicate solutions, vision, and values to team, employees, and client base.

Technical Skill Requirements: Proficient and experienced with MS Office Suite and Google Suite for Business. Able, willing, and excited to learn, master, and apply knowledge of new software. Be able to maximize the use of all technology available to perform all functions of the role to the needs of business.

You will gain job experience in the following areas: Operations and General Office Administration, Human Resource Support; recruiting, on-boarding, training, engagement, retention, Marketing/Sales and Business Development, Social Media and Online Marketing; caregiver and client experience, as well as Accounting.

Key Accountabilities:
Overall responsibility over office administration which may include: payroll, billing, accounts payable, process improvement, file management, and special projects.
Coordinate with management, the recruiting needs and implement a recruiting plan to maximize our resources to maintain an adequate level of Caregivers.
Ability to train, supervise and delegate responsibilities to field staffs and caregivers.
Assist with all phone calls and inquiries.
Assign and schedule qualified personnel to each assignment.
Personally make marketing calls to key current referral sources to maintain rapport and develop additional business opportunities.
Conduct regular in-services with caregivers to maintain consistency in quality of care.
Communicates referral issues back to referral source.
Communicates client/family problems to Intake Manager, RN and Administrator.
Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objective, performance improvement measures, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
Is familiar with and can communicate to clients' specifics relating to all QHS services.
Organizes time and paperwork so that assigned work is completed in a timely manner.
Maintains a professional yet personable relationship with clients, caregivers, and facility personnel.
Documents patient care coordinating activities according to company policies.
Act as a marketing liaison between QHS and new referrals to aide in the growth of the business.
Report changes of patient status such as hospitalization, care status or incidents to RN immediately as well as scheduled changes to intake manager.
Makes appropriate referrals for patients not accepted for care.
Adhere to all intake department policies, procedures, and standards of patient care and department guidelines.
Must demonstrate discretion in handling of confidential information.
Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Must have the ability to coordinate and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality and discreet handling of all business matters.
Excellent interpersonal and Time management skills and organizational skills.
Must be available to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays only when absolutely necessary with the possibility of on-call after hours.
Assist with clients after hours and weekend on call only when absolutely necessary.
Performs other duties as may be assigned.
General Information
Internship is paid and you must work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Internship is to begin immediately upon agreement within one of the following duration's; 6 months, 1 year, 18 months, or 2 years.
You must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. without assistance or sponsorship from the Company.
