Under direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources, provides administrative support to the Human Resource Department. Files, participates in internal audits, provides front-end customer service, collects mail, faxes, delivers packages, assists with records retention, assists with updating directives and preparing manuals, and other duties as required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have the ability to quickly learn new software programs. Must exercise initiative, sound judgment, high degree of confidentiality, and makes decisions within scope of assigned work.
20 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Associate degree; or a High School Diploma and two (2) years related work experience.
