Bon Bon Belle is growing and we're looking to add to our team of amazing Bridal Stylists!
This part-time position requires a warm and enthusiastic person who loves love. For the right candidate, the idea of helping brides find their perfect dress sounds like a dream job. The right candidate for this role has experience in retail and/or customer service, is comfortable leading a shopping experience, and is also a natural salesperson.
All applicants must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 8:30am-5:00pm. Retail experience is a plus, but service aptitude and 'having a servant's heart' is a must. We are looking for Bridal Stylists who are dedicated, who are willing to commit to their role here at Bon Bon Belle and who are reliable. Applicants can expect to work up to 18 hours per week in this role.

Role Description: The role of Bridal Stylist is a sales position that will utilize your specific skillset to oversee customer relations and fashion activities at Bon Bon Belle.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: greeting customers in a timely manner, answering phones, replying to customer inquiries and ensuring all customers are taken care of
- Sales: host brides and their guests for dress appointments and act as subject matter expert guiding brides to say yes to their perfect dress
- Visual Merchandising: positively contribute to our store's appearance
- Daily housekeeping and general upkeep of the store
- Continuous training on new products, terminology and new trends

Compensation:
Pay during the training period is $15.00 per hour. After training, once a Bridal Stylist is eligible for tips and bonuses, hourly pay decreases to $12.00 per hour. A successful Bridal Stylist can expect to make between $25.00-$45.00 per hour with combined hourly pay, tips, and bonuses.
