Lee Health-Home Health Services is a dynamic growing entity that incorporates a mid-size (400+ ADC) Medicare/Medicaid certified Home Health agency, a Durable Medical Equipment and a Home Infusion company. Lee Home Health also incorporates a large Telehealth remote monitoring and Medical Alert program to better manage and monitor its wide range of patients. The not-for-profit, “safety-net” agency is a key component of the Lee Health Post-Acute division. Along with a Rehabilitation Hospital, a 112 bed Skilled Nursing facility, and 2 campus-based, Skilled Nursing units, the agency receives many of their home patients from the 5 (4 Adult, 1 Children’s) critical care hospitals as well as the community.

This position is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for Lee Home Health Services. These responsibilities include overseeing the financials, operations, staffing and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation bodies. The system director/administrator is responsible for strategic development and growing revenue by adding and expanding applicable programs as well as optimizing reimbursement. He/she interfaces with the medical staff and establishes strategic relationships where feasible. Maintains liaison activities with the health system's appropriate managers, departments and Board of Directors.
