Grizzly Roofing is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in commercial roofing and in depth knowledge of low slope, flat roof installations (TPO, EPDM, Built-up, Metal, Mod-Bit...)
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure project success.
- Perform on-site inspections to assess project progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, provide progress updates, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial roofing project management
- In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Built-up, Metal, Mod-Bit...) materials, and installation as per manufacturers specs
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Estimating experience and ability to decipher financials of a project
