Summary:
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will provide solutions to problems that occur with Aduros technologies, platform, software and hardware. This role is responsible for consulting clients throughout their ADURO product & service experience including but not limited to obtaining requirements, documenting implementation plans and successfully communicating delivery needs to engineering. In doing so, the TPM will help ensure Aduros clients have a great experience with Aduros products. It is a chance to make a difference. Here is how:

Responsibilities:
Serve in a project manager capacity for simple to medium complexity data integration and report development projects
Work with client contacts to understand customer goals and integration requirements, including import/export of data, analytics, reporting, Single Sign-On (SSO) and more
Develop an in depth understanding of Aduros data sources and different integration options. Map customer needs to Aduros data and integration offerings
Manage acceptance test cases and test data for custom reporting and integration work (data conversions, transformations, secure file transfer) for specific customers and partners.Verify data & report accuracy
Initiate and manage cross-departmental communication to resolve any data or reporting related questions and issues. Report on project progress
Manage Issues and escalate as needed to the Account Manager, and other groups including Product Development, Product Management, Operations, etc.

Desired Skills, Experience + Education:
If you can accomplish the above, then you have what it takes. Realistically though, you will need:
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.SQL/TSQL and AWS experience is a plus
Exhibited understanding of PGP Encryption required
Ability to interpret business logic and convert to technical requirements for development team
Experience and understanding of data transfer methodologies such as Rest APIs, CRUD, FTP, FTPS and SFTP
Previous experience in a health oriented industry is preferred
Client facing experience in a consultative environment is required
Strong project management skills
2+ years of hands on work experience in a data related role (Technical Project Manager, BI consultant/developer or similar)
1+ years as Solutions Engineer, Data Integration Architect, Technical Sales Engineer, Data Analyst or similar Analyst roles
Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques (ETL) including SSIS, Python, PowerShell, Cron, etc
Excel, Salesforce, PHP, HTML, JavaScript experience required. SSO and/or HL7 experience is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Social
