Responsibilities and Duties
- As part of L3 support team (Production Engineering team), work on root cause analysis of reported issues, identify a solution, socialize the solution with stakeholders, develop and implement the solution.
- On call support for Critical Production issues (only for P1 issues)
- Work with production Engineering team to understand and analyze the root cause of the issue.
- Work with offshore development team for work assignment/deliverables related to L3 issues/Jira tickets
- Liaison with Application Dev team, QA team and DevOps teams during development, testing and deployments as needed
- Align with the Business Product team for overall application road map and for prioritization of issues for development, implementation
