Compensation Manager, Hybrid Talent

The Compensation Manager will report to the Hybrid Talent Team Leader with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Total Rewards - Compensation COE. The Compensation Manager is responsible for working with Talent Business Advisors and Business Leaders on compensation consultation, design, implementation, and administration of Hybrid businesses in Deloitte Risk & Advisory and Consulting and other Businesses, as appropriate. The Compensation Manager will actively look for ways to address the unique needs of each Hybrid business, making recommendations, interpreting policies and procedures, assessing market competitiveness and developing, socializing and implementing market based solutions. S/he will manage projects in areas such as job assessment and benchmarking, salary range development and other forms of compensation/incentive program design, and take on other projects as needed by the Hybrid Talent Team and Total Rewards – Compensation COE.

Work you’ll do
Provide ongoing job benchmarking, compensation survey assessment and analysis, and competitive market intelligence and insight to Hybrid Talent and Business Leaders
Design, socialize and implement incentive and other variable pay programs aligned to the competitive market and Hybrid business strategies
Assist Hybrid Talent and Business Leaders in the development of annual compensation budgets, partnering with Hybrid Talent Team Leader and Total Rewards-Compensation COE, as appropriate
Facilitate the annual compensation process working closely with Hybrid Team Talent and Business Leaders and the Total Rewards – Compensation COE
Facilitate compensation communication and education for the Hybrid Business Leaders and professionals in cooperation with the Total Rewards – Compensation COE
Analyze and report outcomes both formally and informally to Business Leaders as required

The COE provides solutions for our Hybrid Businesses as “One Talent Team” to deliver integrated Talent services to support Business strategies and priorities.
