Job description

We are actively looking for motivated individuals interested in starting a career in Social Media Strategy. We are a successful e-commerce website that has been in operation for over ten years with an emphasis in the Search Engine Marketing space, including pay-per-click (PPC) marketing, social media, branding, and PR outreach. We use state of the art in-house applications and tools to help achieve our marketing goals and needs.

Duties/Responsibilities

Create and design rich blog/social content.
Manage social media pages and engage with audiences.
Administer on-site design and organizational changes through an in-house content management system with no HTML experience required.
Write unique on-page content for SEO purposes and to bolster organic search engine results page (SERP) authority.
Research current and relevant information to the ticket industry for newsletter articles and social media posts.
Customer outreach for conflict resolution and reputation management.
Skills/Requirements
We do not require that you have any prior experience with computer engineering, coding languages, or experience in the SEM/SEO industry. While possessing any of these skills could prove useful, we have a streamlined and optimized business model that encourages employees to learn through experience. The same line of thought applies to those with a background in marketing or social media management. It may prove advantageous to have familiarity within these spheres, however in an ever-changing industry such as ours, ongoing education and training is built in to the job.
