What You’ll Do
Surprise and delight our fans in a fast-paced work-from home environment including inbound phone calls, emails, and chat 30 hours per week (must be flexible to work up to 40 hours per week including days, nights, or weekends
Have authentic conversations with our customers and strive to resolve all concerns going two steps beyond what they ever expected
Increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty through providing awesome service and proactive engagement
Maintain high performance metrics including average handle time, after call work, quality, adherence, as well as customer satisfaction
Meet our fans face to face in the field at live events and assist them with delivery and fulfillment of tickets (may be days, nights and/or weekends)
Work a flexible shift up to 30 hours per week
Who We’re Looking For
You have a passion for attending live events
You are tech-savvy and thrive in a home office environment
You like making things easier for customers and colleagues even if roadblocks get in the way
You have a proven track record of 2+ years customer service experience (call center preferred but not required)
You are energized by interacting with and helping people
You seek to empower and educate customers
You are innovative and love to think outside the box – there is always a better way
You’re a positive person and know how to look on the bright side
You bring solutions to the table not just problems
You’re comfortable with a little chaos and uncertainty

Previous call center experience
Previous work-from-home experience
Proven track record of sales experience
Workspace must be within commuting distance to either [Boston / Chicago / Dallas]
Must have a secure private workspace, preferably in a room with a door or divider that closes it off from noises, people, distractions and the rest of the home.
Must have a wired Internet connection, capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates (wireless, DSL and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
Must have (or be willing to get) Internet service with a consistent internet speed of 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
Must have (or be willing to get) a phone land line used exclusively for work during working hours
Will be provided with StubHub/eBay laptop, dual monitors, keyboard/mouse, and phone/headset.
