ABOUT THE ROLE
Your role will be to build innovative and marketing-leading solutions that solve our customer’s problems, with regards to seeing, spending, saving and sharing their money, as well as managing their profile with Varo via the app. Autonomy is a necessity as you will be trusted with making decisions that count.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own and shape the roadmap for features that you own, and influence Executive stakeholders to buy-in to your vision
Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, marketing, finance and risk to design and build solutions for the most critical customer problems
Manage product launches with stakeholders across the business to ensure your features land seamlessly with customers and colleagues
Manage the P and L and overall performance for your features, ensuring that your product meets the targets that you set
Get involved with industry meet-ups and associations to stay on top of new trends and best practices.
Roll up your sleeves to remove barriers and obstacles hindering the team's ability to ship

Strong execution capability and ability to drive work to completion

You are detail-oriented with great organizational skills
You have 5+ years of experience as a product manager
