Position Summary

The HR Information Systems Director serves as a trusted Business Advisor to the organization on HR-related systems, processes, technology, and reporting. The HRIS Director assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and proactively communicates and drives solutions. The HRIS Director collaborates to build trusted relationships that deliver value and reflect Athletico’s mission, vision and values. The HRIS Director acts as a liaison between various HR functions and across the organization on priorities such as: Reporting, Data Integrity, Technical Architecture, Data Warehousing, Training, and ultimate ownership of both our iCIMS and ADP solutions.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Accountable for analyzing results and data integrity within and across all of our HR systems
Designs, revises, distributes, interprets, and applies technology/data policies and procedures, including data patrols and audits to ensure the data is most useful and up to date (for example checking company codes, Tax IDs, etc)
Evaluates potential issues or service needs and formulates strategic responses
Assures company complies with all federal, state and local laws and regulatory filings & responses for information (i.e. EEOC reporting, AAP, etc).
Drive, influence, advise and support the technology solutions and data flow across our HR organization
Demonstrates employee advocacy and develops a reputation as a neutral and approachable HR professional
Represents the HR technology perspective as we build, integrate, and maintain HR technology interfaces across the company with the other elements of the Athletico Technical Architecture (Finance, Accounting, Payroll, etc).
Provides value-added services to including strategic management, leadership development, and project management.
Lead the development and design of Athletico’s workforce planning process in conjunction with operational leads
Manages a team of HRIS professionals, maintaining and delivering upon a reporting calendar so our leadership has a regular rhythm of HR Key Performance Indicators and insight
Serves as the point person for their portion of the Organization as it relates to HRIS and People-related data
Ensure the quality and direction of human resources services, and with advice that is properly aligned to company’s strategy and objectives
Ensure department efficiency by identifying areas of process improvement
Ability to lead special projects as it relates to our people
Leads Human Capital Systems and provides payroll integration support for Mergers & Acquisitions

Acts as a PMO for the HR team, providing management support across all HR functions

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or similar course of studies from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 7-10 Years of progressive HR and HRIS experience required and prior supervisory or management experience
Knowledge of multiple HR technologies, including and especially ADP and iCIMS is strongly preferred, or a demonstrated history of being able to learn/absorb multiple ERPs
