The Quality Assurance Assistant is an important part of our compliance process within Financial Recovery Services. This role provides regular monitoring of calls as well as follow up documentation is being completed accurately. The Quality Assurance Assistant duties include call monitoring, call calibrations and assists with implementation of policies and procedures. This position reports to the Chief Compliance Officer to support compliance with the professional, industry and statutory standards of the Collections Industry and our organization
Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure an appropriate sample of contacts is evaluated and scored to ensure that business and customer expectations are met
- Type/transcribe calls for review as directed/needed
- Timely follow-up of all items as assigned and required by Clients for audit purposes
- Participate and facilitate quality calibration sessions
- Provide general administrative support and reporting to team members/leaders
- Other job duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- 1+ year experience in Collections or Call Center
- Proficient word processing and computer skills, to include Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Prior Call Auditor experience in a Call Center or Collections setting
- 2 year degree
Compensation and Benefits:
- $20-$22/hour Depending on experience and qualifications
