The Technical College of the Lowcountry is actively seeking an Admission Coordinator (Student Services Program Coordinator I) in the Enrollment Management Division of the College. He or she will be responsible for providing high quality customer service for students, prospective students, parents, faculty, staff and the public. He or she will work in the following areas: outreach, application processing, admissions counseling, campus tours and other administrative functions in support of the college's enrollment management goals. He or she will also work closely with Testing, Financial Aid and Student Records staff. Travel to all campuses of the Technical College of the Lowcountry is required. Some early morning hours, evening hours and weekend hours are required to accommodate the schedule of various events.
Must possess a high level of written and oral communications. Must be able to speak proficiently before groups of people. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Must have a high level of initiative with very good organizational skills. Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and programs. Must have the ability to deal with customers (students, faculty and staff) is essential. Must be able to use a personal computer and quickly learn new software programs. Prioritizing tasks is of high importance. Must be able to perform duties professionally, adhering to internal and external standards. Must be able to exercise discretion, use sound judgment, and complete projects within deadlines.
