Overview:
Dynamic and experienced Director of Technology Integration to lead our technology department for the B2B channel sales division. The Director of Technology Integration will oversee all aspects of our technology development and implementation within the Solutions Sales Team comprised of technical pre-sales individuals that provide technology consultation, training, and support to the various sales channels including MFP dealers and distributors.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record of managing successful IT and software development projects ensuring alignment with the company's strategic product and sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Technology Integration department.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of technology integration professionals, including software developers, IT specialists, and technical support staff. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of technology projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Budgeting and Resource Management: Develop and manage the technology department's budget. Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to maximize return on investment.

Additional Responsibilities include:

Liaison to key product management personnel to determine go-to-market readiness and strategic for key solutions and production products

Aligns with regional sales management for execution of key sales activities, budget management and issue resolution

Performs the following administration functions such as vacation approval, expense report approval, key visitation/meeting scheduling, facilitation of group meetings and training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

10+ years of proven experience in a senior leadership role within the technology sector.

Position can be worked from field but reside near a major airport for easy accessibility to travel nationally up to 50% of the time to attend events and customer meetings/presentations.

Strong technical expertise in software development, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Compensation for this position
The compensation range for this role is $156,800-225,400. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
