Social Work Manager
We are seeking qualified candidates for our Social Work Manager role, responsible for the leadership, administration, coordination and evaluation of the Social Services department. This position is under the direction of our Clinical Services Director.

Essential Job Duties:
- Lead and manage the inpatient Social Services Department, focusing on personnel management, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Management Team to integrate clinical insights into facility goals and objectives while ensuring survey readiness for regulatory reviews.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans, providing individual, group, and family therapies using various modalities.
- Oversee the coordination of individualized discharge plans, identifying aftercare resources and collaborating with the treatment team.
- Serve as fiscal manager for the department, overseeing staff scheduling, timekeeping, and departmental growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters in Social Work (MSW)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure
- Minimum of three years of clinical leadership experience preferably in an inpatient psychiatric setting
- A solid understanding of resources in the community.
- Willingness to work flexible hours- evening and weekend hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of state regulatory requirements and the Joint Commission Standards is preferred
