JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for administration of all retirement and benefit programs. Maintains employee confidentiality at all times. Functions as a specialist for the Human Resource Department in retirement and benefits. Maintains retirement and benefit files. Continually develops practices and ideas which increase productivity and supports the employees to help gather data.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Two to four years of knowledge and experience related to employee benefits and applicable laws.

Knowledgeable of relevant federal, state and local regulations relating to Human Resources, i.e. retirement, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Affirmative Action, ADA, FMLA
PREFERRED

Three to five years of experience in HR benefits administration.

Associates degree in HR or related field, however experience and/or other training/certification can be substituted in lieu of education.
