We are a 24 hour operations, We are looking to fill all shifts 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Preference will be given to applicants who are able to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
The qualified applicant must possess a highly motivated, team oriented and safety focused work ethic.
The primary job function include trip quoting, booking charter trips on our current fleet as well as being able to outsource additional lift when current aircraft are not available.
Flight following/locating, maintenance interface, schedule coordination, as well as support of crew and flight logistics needs
Completion of FAA, TSA and DHS/Customs.
Administrative processes must be accomplished in a reliable, accurate and time efficient manner along with other general support duties such as fuel purchasing arrangements, catering and provisioning, transportation and accommodations for passenger and crews

Minimum 4 years customer service experience in the hospitality and/or aviation industry
Associates degree or higher
Working knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
Excellent telephone etiquette
Must be able to pass the following:
