We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build their career with our Warehouse Department as an Order Selector. This is a dynamic role where you will be a key part of our Warehouse Team with objectives including:

Job Requirements:
Safely and efficiently pick customer orders for shipment utilizing a pallet jack while working in a team environment
Build orders in compliance with all company standards including accuracy, product safety, labeling, OSHA and food safety standards
Be able to read stickers/labels including numbers and can count and perform simple math
Inspect and perform minor maintenance on the equipment
Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area
Must be at least 18 years old
Attendance is key, must be able and committed to being to work on time and as scheduled
Has the ability lift up to 75 lbs repetitively
Is willing to work in different temperatures (Freezer -10, Cooler 28 to 38, Dry ambient temps) and fast paced environment
Must pass pre-employment testing including drug testing, ergonomics testing, and background check
Drug Free Workplace

4 days per week
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
6 PM - 11 PM

Hourly Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour during 12 week training period; this pay rate can be increased if production numbers reach incentive program rates before week 13
Incentive pay program at week 13 or as soon as production goals are met depending on which happens first; incentive rates pay on average between $20-$25 per hour or possibly higher based on accuracy and efficiency; default pay rate if production goals are not met after training period is $13 per hour
