Job duties include...
Preparation of materials to be used in manufacturing. Job includes using a circular saw and hydraulic press
General assembly of products using drill, screwdriver and other tools
Standing, bending and lifting. Must be able to comfortably lift up to 60 lb boxes
Filling, measuring and sealing bags (similar to filling sand bags)
Picking and packing orders to be shipped to customers
Loading and unloading trucks with a pallet jack
Having strong attention to detail in counting inventory and packing orders
General maintenance of shop equipment and cleaning up work areas
Following directions and cooperating with co-workers -- as well as asking questions and giving feedback
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Basic active listening skills, reading comprehension, writing and math skills
· Must have strong attention to detail and ability to work at fast pace
· Must have reliable transportation
· Approx. 35-40 hours/week. 8:00 - 4:00pm. (some flexibility on those hours)
· Monday - Friday. No nights or weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
