  • Grow a client base and new business via networking, telephone, email and other sources
  • Consult with local business owners to implement employee benefit program
  • Small group presentations and one-on-one employee consultations
  • Educate and enroll individuals in Aflac policies
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with brokers and professionals in related industries
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build outstanding relationships


  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Be a great and confident self-starter with a professional attitude
  • Ability to create relationships with strangers
  • Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license
