KraftHeinz is seeking an eCommerce Senior Analyst in the Away From Home (“AFH”) business to shape & accelerate this fast-growing channel, analyzing and reporting on the business to leadership to identify key insights and drive strategic action across a variety of eCommerce platforms.
Keen problem solving, effective process development, and continued commitment to improve the customer experience will be integral to achieving the role’s objectives. The role will require close communication with a cross-functional group that includes Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, Customer Service, among others.
This role will be critical in helping enable the AFH team to develop and grow digital partnerships for both new and existing customers, with a heavy focus on looking to expand Kraft Heinz’s eCommerce presence into both new sales strategies with current platform partners and new customer partnerships entirely.
Key Components of the Role
Assist in developing AFH eCommerce strategy and key areas of focus to drive growth for the organization
Manage reporting and analysis of AFH eCom data, tracking sell-in and sell-out, media investment and ROI, etc., for all eCommerce partners while also identifying growth opportunities and go-forward strategy accordingly
Own ad hoc exploratory work, conducting industry research and analyzing trends to identify opportunities to drive further growth on current online platforms as well as incremental opportunities via new channels
Manage relationships with eCom sales and media teams and drive AFH-specific initiatives in eCommerce while supporting the broader global Kraft Heinz eCom strategy
Define new product launch and go-to-market plans by eCom platform in partnership with category marketing and eCom sales teams
Coordinate materials for, and participate in, various stakeholder forums (i.e. Weekly Performance Reviews, Monthly AFH eCommerce Meetings, etc.), reviewing performance and progress on key initiatives
Work with eCom sales teams to track and adjust monthly forecasts compared to actual order behavior
Partner with sales/category marketing teams to support promotional activities on eCommerce platforms
Work with AFH and eCom Revenue Management teams to monitor customer trade investments
Maintain a clean catalogue of customers’ assortments, managing new and discontinued item changes and ensuring comprehensive and optimized product data for all customers
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Minimum 2-3 years work experience in eCommerce, preferably in the CPG industry or with a start-up, and with experience analyzing sales data and media investment ROI
Well-versed in eCommerce pillars such as assortment, content, media, promotions, and merchandising
Strong technical grasp of eCommerce-relevant platforms/systems, including DAM, PIM, etc.
Experienced in managing strategic projects, especially fostering and coordinating strong cross-functional collaboration
Highly organized, with proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive and results-oriented in a time-sensitive environment
Proficiency in Excel; manipulating, managing, and interpreting large data sets
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word, able to communicate ideas succinctly & convincingly
General knowledge of broader MS Office applications preferred
Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Strong drive for results; knowing when to take calculated risks in a fast-paced environment
Experience helping manage an eCommerce business and developing/executing eCommerce strategy
Strong Communication Skills
