DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on air conditioning systems, furnaces, coils, and compressors
-
Demonstrate Respect and Compassion when communicating with clients on work performed
-
Document service performed by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records
-
Complete all tasks in accordance with JW quality and safety standards
-
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Ability to represent JW in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff, and the general public

Work well under pressure
-
Must have valid driver's license and a good driving record

Good communicator - works well with different customers and office personality styles.

Ability to handle difficult customer/diagnostic issues
-
Adaptability-the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Frequent use of hands, arms, and ability to hear and communicate effectively.

Occasionally required to lift objects up to 75 lbs.

Regular physical activity, including standing, walking, and climbing ladders.

Work is performed in residential environments, including attics, garages, crawl spaces, and roofs.

Specific visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
GROOMING: Once hired, all employees must maintain a well-groomed appearance (i.e., a business-like haircut, clean-shaven (no facial hair), and no visible tattoos.)
