CACI is searching for a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Linthicum, MD!
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong understanding of desktop operating systems, routinely thinks outside the box to solve problems quickly and understands what impeccable customer service is all about. The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible
for coordinating and managing activities directly related to contractor-provided facility services.
A Bachelor's degree in a relatable field is preferred
Ability to acquire NACI clearance
3+ years’ experience in facilities management
Able to independently manage all building operations
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects effectively
Assists the Regional Program Manager/Site Lead in all aspects of project implementation as needed
Supports the Regional Program Manager/Site Lead with external contacts as needed
Manages the Security access-control database for the building in conjunction with the CSSO
Coordinates all Facilities activities, work direction, and support systems
Supervises and trains facility employees and contractors as needed
Independently maintains and updates administrative policies and processes, including emergency action plans, emergency evacuation plans, and shelter-in-place plans
Sets up, maintain the facilities emergency phone line
Assists facilities project staff in locating parts, supplies, and materials
Oversees the maintenance and health of inventory
Manages supplies and inventory
Initiates orders within procurement system
Manages storage, shipment, and distribution of hardware/software
Conducts and maintains inventory/asset control
Provides classroom maintenance and oversight to include set up before, during and after each course
Prepares and maintains RFP’s, bid information, and other contract documents, including lease agreements.
Prepares internal bill-backs and documents for training events supported by the Facilities
Provides administrative support to the project team.
Orchestrates facilities maintenance, including initiating work requests, assigning work orders, and providing access to the facilities of maintenance staff
Performs escort duties as may be required, but especially when classes are in session.
