Responsible for the strategic development of communications, program management, and events. Develops and delivers messages to employees. Expands the company's use of digital capabilities. Executes employee engagement activities and team events, including town halls, award ceremonies, business meetings, employee celebrations, and volunteer events.
Develops and executes communication strategies to drive culture, awareness, and engagement across the organization.
Resolves resource needs, schedules collisions, and other issues to ensure the delivery of projects.
Provides communication support and responses for events, announcements, and business meetings. Leads the online management and communication of internal intranet sites, including content development, updates, and the identifying opportunities to increase engagement.
Leads the design and execution of event planning, including recognition events, town halls, volunteer days, and leadership meetings. Identifies opportunities for process improvements. Leads improvement initiatives through approval processes and implementation.
Manages vendor relationships and negotiates service terms and agreements.
Coordinates and communicates the status of business activities across teams.
Leads the organization and execution of business meetings, if applicable.
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, or related field
4+ years of work experience with 2 years in large-scale event planning and communications
In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in event planning, communications, or relationship management
