Relativity Analyst

The Relativity Analyst works as an integral member of the Discovery Services Team. This position is responsible for supporting Relativity end-users and internal Project Managers with all client hosted projects.

Essential Functions:
Frontline support for Relativity users by answering end-user questions (email and phone) and providing end-user application training
Relativity case management - create and maintain database, loading documents, security administration, and production support
Relativity system administration and maintenance - backups, index management, capacity management, archiving and recovery
Support project teams and clients in effective use of Relativity for analysis, document review and productions
Handle escalated support, problem identification and resolution in Relativity
Utilize Sql to support, enhance and maintain existing databases
Provide support to project teams and clients in the effective use of Relativity for analysis, document review and productions
Communication with clients and senior iDS staff in order to identify requirements and implement solutions
Respond to client requests for document productions, exports, data loads or general reporting
Support conference and trade show activities
Assess and trouble shoot situations to alleviate data issues
Manage document review workflow for large teams
Utilize software and scripting skills to create custom reports
Analyze industry technology trends staying abreast of changes and improvements in order to make recommendations and incorporate into practice

Additional Responsibilities:
Submit weekly time according to preset deadlines
Attend weekly, monthly and annual company meetings
Submit end of day status reports
Will adhere to an on-call and weekend work rotation

Job Qualifications:
BA / BS degree; Math, Computer Science or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in Hosting Administration using Relativity; preparing document productions, exports, data loads and reports
Experience with SQL databases and knowledge of additional Processing and Hosting support tools (Ipro, LAW, Relativity Processing)
Understanding of EDRM and litigation life-cycle
Detailed knowledge of document review processes and application of best practices to maximize results
Ability to communicate in written and verbal forms effectively
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work more than 40 hours a week as business needs dictate
Willingness and ability to assist other areas of the organization as needed
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Handle demanding clients in a professional manner
Ability to communicate technical issues to a sometimes non-technical audience
Proactive identification and remediation of potential client issues of any nature
Maintains contact with manager and team members to ensure clear understanding of priorities and expectations

Working Conditions:
