The NFO Training Analyst will develop training curriculum, deliver and instruct as necessary, and support a government flight program. May conduct research to evaluate adaptability of materials and equipment to aircraft and aircraft systems.
Direct or coordinate positional training of aircraft and aircraft systems.
Manage NATIP project and generate content as a technical writer and subject matter expert to keep the permanent flight clearance up to date.
Develop training materials that emphasize the differences between aircraft and aircraft systems.
Write technical reports or other documentation, such as status reports or bulletins, for use by test and training staff, management, or customers.
Prepare training materials to be presented at regularly scheduled positional training meetings.
These tasks are not all inclusive. Additional duties may be required by the customer.
P-8A Instructor TACCO
This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 6 years related experience in maritime patrol aircraft. Engineering or Applied Science degree desired.
A minimum of 1500 hours in maritime patrol aircraft is required.
Management experience, personnel and program, is required.
Experience as a P-8 NFO is required.
Instructor experience is required.
Test experience is desired.
Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) experience is desired.
DoD Acquisition experience is desired.
Littoral Surveillance Radar Systems (LSRS) experience is desired.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, and Clearance Levels: This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to Secret classified information.
Computer Skills: Employee must be proficient in Adobe Systems, SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Cisco WebEx and Microsoft Office Products. To perform this job successfully, and individual should have knowledge of MS Office suite software. Employee must be able to adapt to evolving technology.
