Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their dining experience.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beer, and wine, with a focus on quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, utilizing a Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with catering and banquet events, providing exceptional service to ensure the success of these events.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and drink recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and drink offerings.
- Demonstrate excellent math skills, accurately calculating orders and managing cash and credit transactions.
- Provide help and support to other team members as needed, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Continuously improve knowledge of mixology, drink trends, and hospitality techniques to stay up-to-date and enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a bartender in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills to accurately calculate orders and manage cash and credit transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems and experience operating them effectively.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including catering and banquet events.
- Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment is an asset.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
