SEO Specialist - Contract Position with RemedyConnect

We are currently seeking an experienced, creative SEO specialist to join our growing organization in a contract role. In this contract position, you will be responsible for the confidential management of SEO and digital plans for our clients, ensuring the success of our business objectives and that of our clients. We are seeking a contract SEO Specialist to perform keyword research, content optimization and other key SEO tasks for client accounts. We are looking for someone with a track record of both analytical and creative skills to fill this critical contract role. You will combine your knowledge of the web, SEO and digital marketing with your business acumen to bring greater brand awareness, increase lead generation, and increase customer engagement for our clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in SEO, SEM, PPC and content marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of search engine optimization practices
  • Advanced understanding of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, MOZ, PageSpeed Insights, Woorank and Webmaster Tools
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS required
  • Experience with web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms like Kentico
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on a contract basis within a team and independently
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and analyzing client websites for areas that can be improved and optimized
  • Preparing detailed strategy reports
  • Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
  • Running PPC campaigns
  • Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors
  • Filling websites and other content with effective keywords
  • Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts
  • Developing reputation management and link building strategies
  • Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
  • Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to stay within search engine guidelines
  • Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines
