Who we’re looking for:
Olson Digital, proudly part of ICF, is looking for a dynamic marketer to join the marketing team of our global agency. You will be working with a national team of marketers who is responsible for the development and execution of marketing programs, promotion of our agency, capabilities, and client work to drive top of funnel leads and demand generation. As a member of this team you will be a contributing factor to the success of program and content creation, development of materials to support our global sales team, support local marketing programs, and be our face in our local Richmond market. This is a great opportunity for a person with strong intellectual curiosity, passion for marketing, self-starter, collaborator, fanatical about attention to detail, and a desire to work hard and have fun. You will be working closely with colleagues in various offices on projects as well as work with members of our senior leadership team located in Richmond.

What you’ll get to do:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
Assist in the develop of Case Studies for internal and external use by sales team
Perform research into our clients’ industries and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding their reach in the digital space for inbound content creation
Manage, maintain, and content creation for social media accounts
Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas and memes, then capitalize on those trends through our social media accounts
Assist in creating email marketing campaigns for lead generation
Research industry speaking events for Company SME’s
Assist in submitting work for industry awards
Provide and create content for internal messaging on division activities
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing data
Support local office marketing and culture needs (some activities are after normal business hours)
Other duties as required

What you’ll need to succeed:
Impeccable time management and prioritization skills
Ability to coordinate projects from inception to completion and meet demanding deadlines
Strong writing skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Thirst to be entrepreneurial
Ability to work with remote teams to accomplish tasks and goals
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint

Education & Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or communications
2-4 years of experience in a professional setting
Content writing experience (social, short form, long form)
Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
Ability to multi-task and take initiative
Flexible work schedule
Hardworking and dedicated outlook
Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
Excellent communication, and presentation skills
