Enterprise Finance & Information Technology offers technology and services that are designed, developed, and delivered to our Wells Fargo customers’ to directly help support them financially. Wells Fargo’s Enterprise Data Technology Group (EDT) is organized into vertical LOB/CIO aligned groups and supported by the Integrated Data Services (IDS) horizontal group. IDS provides standardized data platform services and capabilities (Enterprise Data Lake, Data Control Tools, others) to enable the Enterprise Data Teams’ delivery to Blueprint Program strategic objectives.

Integrated Data Services has an immediate opening reporting to the Head of Program Delivery, based out of the Charlotte, NC location. This strategic role will be instrumental in the success of IDS’s transformation from a waterfall-based mode of operation to an Agile, Product Centric organization.

The successful candidate will:
Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of cross team activities. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing technical systems and procedures. Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups. Provides leadership in the integration /implementation of programs/services/initiatives. Develop metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives. Prior experience of Hardware Infrastructure, ETL and Big Data is highly desired. Have a comprehensive technical mindset while clearly articulating and bringing forward business value to projects and efforts. Be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs. Enjoy working on a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
3 + years of technology infrastructure management experience
1+ year of information technology experience
1+ year of communications experience

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to deliver concise, time critical information to all levels of management, technology and business teams
Ability to identify business needs and deliver solutions in close partnership with line of business and technology
Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
Ability to dissect complex situations and refocus on the most critical technology tasks
Knowledge and understanding of application and distributed system technology projects
Knowledge and understanding of implementing technology solutions
Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology processes and technologies
Experience delivering, evaluating, or testing large technology efforts

Job Expectations

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
